The communication with this company was A1!!!! They updated me every step of the way, it did take about 3 weeks to receive (with express shipping) but am very happy with the product. The name is a stick on Velcro, making it easy to mix and match with other coloured harnesses- collect the set!!

Brilliant quality and our Labrador loves this harness. He no longer pulls on our walks. We even found it great for teaching him to swim in the pool as we can hold onto the handle on top of the harness. Highly recommend. Took about a week and a half to arrive.
