So I have purchased a sign about a year ago and it has been flickering and needs to be replaced or fixed. I reached out to attempt to use the warantee and they first told me that I need to purchase a new adapter. So I did but it’s still giving me the same issue, I reached out once again and they have been giving me the run around and now just stop responding to my emails.
