Love this combo! Put Thermo and Charge in there and this is my daily products. Meal Replacement isn't an everyday but when I need it its there. PureC8 gives me the fats I'm missing. I'd lost 60lbs using these. Went to Alaska and came back to NO FUEL... I started gaining weight because all I wanted was CARBS. So frustrating... I'm now working to take that weight off. Using the Chocolate collagen - it tastes super yummy - makes coffee taste like dessert -- plus I've seen a BIG improvement in my fingernails over the last few months. They were in bad shape due to age, thyroid, dishwashing, etc. but they are growing out really strong now. So happy! I generally use this in my coffee in the morning, mixed with MCT powder (unflavored). I've also used it at the end of the day, mixed with macadamia milk and warmed up - like having a hot chocolate.
