I started using this product, Meal Replacement, a year ago. It is a great way to start your day. I add plant-based milk, collagen, cinnamon, monk fruit sugar and frozen or fresh strawberries. I have lost 35 lbs with these products. I must say though in the beginning the directions aren't very clear it's very hard one to know when you should drink the meal replacement and when you should have your fuel I still find it confusing. But the products are fantastic.

I was a little hesitant about this product putting me in ketosis but I tried it and it worked! I mixed my powder with ICE drinks and it was great tasting! I will admit I was very skeptical on the taste of these. When they arrived, which I must say came so fast, I was very surprised. I tried the Vanilla on my first day, it was so very good. Next day I tried the Salted Caramel, again so good. Next the Chocolate, again so good. I only mix with water for all flavors.
