I've been wearing head straps to sleep with for the last year! The headstraps are painful. I use a C-Pap, and apparently, Im a mouth breather. I happened to scroll across hostage tape one day and decided to give it a try. I'm hooked. These stay on all night and they don't rip my hair out. I will keep these next to my bed from now on. My problem isn’t so much snoring, but I’m a serial ‘mouth wide open’ sleeper. This results in me waking up through the night with a mouth like sandpaper. Unbelievably dry and uncomfortable. Until I tried this stuff. With my mouth taped shut (even partially) I’m getting an uninterrupted nights sleep and wake up feeling fantastic. This stuff is a game changer !

I tried a 1 month supply. I was sold after 4 days. I have 3 strips to my brother in law and he loved them as well. For our birthdays I bought us the 1 year and it's so much better than anything we have tried before. Highly recommended. The only thing I hate is that they are made in China then distributed in the USA. Rather these strips cost more and made in the USA.

I really love the Boom Boom Sticks! I have to use a lot of nasal decongestants due to allergies! the Boom Boom Sticks are extremely refreshing. I use the Lavender just before bed at night. A word of caution, the Wintergreen is extremely powerful, I got a drop of it on my upper lip and it was extremely irritated for a couple of hours!

Oh my gosh, you are absolutely an answer to prayer. I’ve used the patch for five nights and have had no dry mouth at all with them. I have been losing sleep every night with dry mouth for a few years. I had to keep gum next to the bed to refresh my mouth every single night. I’m about 10 days in and it is no big deal to wear. I use a mouth guard to prevent grinding, and now this to prevent snoring. I still turn a bit, but I do seem to be sleeping deeper, and my wife is definitely happy to have the snoring gone. It works, it’s legit. I recommend anyone have the guts to try it!
