This beluga Hybrid sturgeon caviar is beyond outstanding. Perfect color, texture, and pop. I particularly enjoyed the Beluga Sturgeon Caviar because the Beluga Sturgeon has the most crisp eggs. The other caviars are also fine, (the Kaluga for example), but nothing is quite like the Beluga Caviar. I am very impressed with the quality and service I received from skazka caviar.

I purchased the Caspian Almas albino sturgeon and the Siberian sturgeon caviar. Both were outstanding, but the Caspian Almas is whole different level. I never tried such a power flavor and pop, and I have tried a lot of caviar. Very impressive.

Absolutely wonderful. The can was delivered several days before it was expected and because I wasn’t home to retrieve it, it sat in its refrigerated packaging (which had warmed to room temperature by the time I came home) for over 48 hours. The caviar was still perfectly edible and very delicious. This particular o kaluga and Siberian are light, buttery, and just slightly salty. Perfect!

The best caviar I’ve tried in a very long time... Rich nutty taste, big pearls, it was literally perfect, just right for my demanding Russian taste. We bought this to share with a friend who had grown up in Siberia. She knew exactly what it was (the grayer the better) but she had never had any. And of course we have never bought caviar that is ~$200/ oz. (10 times the price of silver) We have always eaten caviar on a small slice of potato, a slice of boiled egg or on a cracker but this caviar she advised should be eaten directly from the spoon in tiny bites. It is divine. If I were to buy two more ounces how much would it be?
