This stuff is great! Gives me a massive energy boost to get my day started and keeps me going for my working day. You don’t get the after caffeine slump either.. tastes great although the mixed berry does have a fake cherry note to it so won’t buy that flavour again but otherwise no complaints. Don’t start out with 2 scoops unless you’re used to things like pre workout. Am consistently losing weight which is great would be amazing in a capsule form for on the go.

Find it to be a great appetite suppressant and I really notice the difference if I go a couple of days without it . I like the product, and this is the 3rd flavour I’ve tried. However, this time the quality was poor, and when I opened it straight away it looked like moisture had got into the tub, as it had already balled up into clumps. It’s still mixes ok, but I hope this product is fine by the time I get down to the bottom. This latest tub has disappointed me, and I’ll probably have to try a different product on the market. So! When I first tried this I was like wow awesome lots of energy and did not feel the usual need for my energy drink!
