They work great and were easy to install after the other set. My advice. DO NOT let it go too long between changing gel pads. The cleanup on the velcro portions of the device can get messy if you do. Delivery was excellent and quick.

You can feel the actual contraction of the muscles but only if you attach the pads on the exact spots, which is actually the only drawback of this, but in general is very good. Some issues also with the Bluetooth connection with mobile which very often is lost after every new session.

So.. I started March 11th at a weight of 225. It's April 22nd and I am down to 212.. I have made zero changes other than adding BG to my daily routine. I just literally wake up, have a quick cup of coffee and then put on my gear to do my "work out " which is basically me doing my normal housekeeping chores. I highly recommend this. There is a learning curve as you get accustomed to it but the Facebook group is super supportive

Pretty easy to use after you get used to putting it on and lining thing up properly. I have not seen results yet because I am taking it slowly but you do really feel the workout. Now I am going to want the abdomen attachment! I live that Sunday can wear most anytime.

My only complaint is the app. Without a smartphone and wifi BionicGym is useless. Load the workouts on the control unit so that it can be used regardless of having a smartphone and WiFi.

Delivery time took a little longer than expected with a few hiccups here and there. However, the product is awesome. On first try, I sweat buckets. Mainly because I used it standing up. My husband and I were amazed by the fact that I was perspiring so much, and that my heart rate actually went up to 150 bpm despite me standing on the spot. I think you have a great product and I have been recommending it to everyone. A friend of mine just bought it and he is really enjoying it too. Your customer services really need work though. You seem like a sham company (e.g. no real digital footprint, no phone number, no one has heard of you, etc.) which is a shame because you are not and have a great product. Buying from you seemed like a huge risk which really paid off, but I would not have been surprised if it didn't.

I am a newbie, just starting my second week. I am at a rate of 80 shivers per minute for 1 hour. It is hard to think of increasing the rate or extending time because the process is so uncomfortable.
