Absolutely loved the shampoo and conditioner. Hair feels so smooth right from when we wash the shampoo. The only problem is that the shampoo alone was not enough to give the shampoo'd look, I had to apply the conditioner to the scalp too to get that perfect hair. But its worth every bit of the effort!

This is the first time I'm using anti-dandruff conditioner. shampoo alone makes the hair really dry removing all possible dirt, oil and flakes responsible for dandruff and using conditioner works the way to restore the softness and anti-frizz magic giving a better refreshing hair wash routine. Was quite awesome ,fragrance is quite normal, is easy to use and is naturally derived no damage yet , and yes it reduces hairfall to but in very minimum amount ,result will be visible after 2_3 month of using it

i got the delivery in 4days inspite of lockdown....hats off!! and used it fist time today & felt as if no chemicals have been used on my hair....no artificial layering, hair feel really light & clean...very neutral smell, its natural of course!! highly recommend :) also suggest that pricing should be re-reviewed as the product is a bit expensive in comparison to other competitive haircare lines prevailing in the market.

After i used it, i found yes there is a difference between the big commercial ones and ARATA. No white lather/froth is made, no smell of the paste, but it does the work very effectively. Cleanses gently. It's like jhonsons baby product but for adults. Very gentle perfectly doing the work.

I liked the previous packaging in white better ! With the new colours it somehow reduces the impact of chemical free. Having said that, I love it. It's very light, non sticky, spreads easily in a small amount. Feels like it doesnt have any chemicals and has a decent hold for a hair cream ! You changed the packaging, please dont change the product !! It's great as it is.
