I had high hopes for this conditioner, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me at all. After using it, my hair became incredibly frizzy, dry, and unmanageable. Instead of leaving my hair soft and smooth, it made it hard to control and style. I was really disappointed with the results and wouldn't recommend this product to anyone looking for a conditioner that actually nourishes and tames their hair.

I love your products, especially the curl care one. What I dislike is the packaging that the the thick conditioner comes in. Even before i reach the bottom of the pump bottle, it stops flowing out the pump's tube. So I have to open it, turn it upside down on my palm and beat the bottom. This may work for 2 more times, after which I just get frustrated and end up wasting product which may be good for another two times. Why haven't you considered putting the conditioner in a jar or a tube. These...
