Recently, I got a bag of decaf pumpkin spice coffee. My friend said it is a healthier alternative to coffee. It is a herbal coffee where they use use natural ingredients like barley, rye, dandelion roots and no coffee bean in the mix. Sometimes I crave for coffee in the afternoon but I can't sleep at night if I drink caffeine past noon. Yes, there is decaf coffee but that still has a bit of caffeine in it.
I tried making the coffee 3 ways:

- latte (unsweeten)
- with sweetened condensed ...
