Very impressed out of the box! Sounded great and performed as expected, however, it seems like the 'skip/pause' knob is loose, and it will randomly pause and skip tracks. Obviously very frustrating. I emailed muzen customer support days ago, but have yet to receive a response. Hopefully I can update this review with a positive user experience if they ever get back to me.

So why when people call me on the phone it won’t work on this ? I do love this but that’s a dealbreaker that this can’t work with phone calls . I do love the flashlight . I don’t like that there no sound when turning off the speaker . So when I think the speaker is off it’s not and this speaker do t have a type c charging cord well maybe with the new speaker it will be all fixed . Well hope you learn something from this !? Amazing quality, both sound and the actual speaker. Shocked a lot of people by how loud this little fun sized thing can be. Cation tho, it's a loot smaller than you think. I had it in mind when opening, still got shocked. Would like a few bigger models of this tho plus the shipping took almost a month (Sweden).

This is the cutest possible little speaker/radio and the fact that it is WOOD is icing on the cake (or splinters in your mouth--but that's not good like icing is)! The downside is that I can NOT hear this speaker well at all from across a 12 foot room with the volume turned all the way up. The sound on this unit is quite impressive for its size—it’s quite tiny, so easily portable for travelling. It is also an attractive design with rich wood exterior.
