Here’s it is, in a nut shell!… American made!… easy to use, big sound… feels like quality, even at full price it’s worth it. It’s a great purchase, They say what they do, do what they say… What more do you need… Compared to my Sony speaker the muzen is so much more acute at high volume. Easy to use, heavy to the feel. Love this thing. Bought it at the holidays for myself, price reduced after I bought it… and I just don’t care. That’s how much I love this speaker….

I don't understand how you charge it, and the instruction booklet doesn't explain. In general, the instructions need more information about how the speaker actually works and keeps working. Is it a battery? Do you charge the battery in some way, or replace it when it eventually goes out?

It's a nice speaker. Warning, if you have any technical problems as customer support is awful. There seems to be some effort to act like this is an American company founded in CA. While the company may have been incorporated in America this is very much a Chinese owned and operated company and of course the speaker itself is manufactured in China. Customer support would also appear to be located in China so good luck getting clear communication if you need help.

I've had my Muzen speaker for two years now and it is holding up beautifully. Love that it is adorable and ultra-compact for portability; it's been everywhere from the office to the beach with me and the battery is holding up well. I would never claim this speaker has premium quality sound but it is impressively good for it's size. I get constant compliments on it; in fact my parents bought themselves one after admiring mine. Just received it, turned it on and the Volume Button doesn't click when you turn it and the volume increases and decreases instantly without much turning. Contacted MUZEN Customer Service with NO REPLY. I just get emails to ask me to review this Speaker so I just reviewed it. Do not buy due to ZERO Customer service.
