We do not need to use oil when using the pot and the meat will not stick on the pan. As it is big, the oil don’t splash everywhere too.

I bought the family set and I just received mine a couple of days ago. My first dish was curry and rendang. I love the fact that these pans are exactly as advertised and this morning I could easily fit 30 dumplings in it and the cleaning was effortless. I owned too big and too heavy woks and pots but the ones I got were perfect for everything so I'm clearing my cupboards now to keep these old woks and pots away!
