As soon as I received my box (which came fast), I opened it. I love my t-shirt, Book of poetry and my game. As part of my birthday celebration, my beau and I played the game. I can't wait to share with my mentee and my Cub Scouts when it is safe to reconvene in person. Will share a picture when I play with my mentee or Cub Scouts.

The best time to learn how the legal system works (and how it does not work) is BEFORE the cops come. Attorney Preyar breaks down the confusing jargon used in the legal system, into everyday language a 5 year old can understand. We love this game! It is a really fun and exciting game. My nephew and I played the game, and he was four spaces away from winning, and then he had to enter the world of trouble. The world of trouble is just that; trouble. Once I entered it, I was trying to figure a way out without being found guilty, but this was no easy feat, which accurately describes how the real criminal system is. It is a phenomenal teaching game. It mirrors real life, both in the reward one move, trouble in the next move. I have been arrested two times because I RAN MY MOUTH. Had I only known..... Our family thoroughly enjoyed the game. We learned so much. It wasn’t just A game for teens.. It was great for adults as well. There were things I thought I knew, but was wrong. I highly recommend this to anyone regardless of their age. There is something to learn to keep you safe.

I bumped in to this game while on line recently and immediately purchased the game for teenagers I teach in my high school. I knew they needed it but was very impressed when they enjoyed the game to the point they request to play it over and over again. The game has really helps dispel a lot of myths we've all learned over decades of watching crime and courtroom dramas. It might not be a "Get Out of Jail Free Card", but it is a great concept to use a game to educate and inform young people and adults on how situations can play out if you ever find yourself interacting with the criminal justice system.

I purchased JustUsJunkies for my nieces. They’re are pre-teen and tween and what better time to start having conversations with them about the law; how it was intended and how it’s enforced. I enjoy it so much that I plan to order more for my cousins children’s and for friends and family who work as educators so that they can use it as a teaching tool in their classrooms.
