Chair quality is good. Especially the seat area. Looks sleek and compact, yet width wise can comfortably sit bigger size people. Leg rest at non reclined position works but need to adjust a bit to ensure it doesnt flop down. Im happy with the purchase. Thank you Novena.

The recliner is very comfortable, but the foam is quite soft. When we ordered our 2nd Hampton, the 1st Hampton was okay. But by the time the 2nd Hampton arrived, our 1st Hampton was showing signs of being saggy in the foam.
