I never thought that this thing could possibly work. I'm really surprised that it did. I can’t 100% confirm that my relief is from this wrap. Here is what I CAN tell you: I get sciatic pain every time after I run, and I love to run. I felt so sore after a run today. Put on this wrap. Within 10 minutes a lower back spot popped that has needed to pop for weeks. And the pain went from a 7 to a 2. (And when I say 7, I felt like a 70 year old, and 2….feeling 20 again!) Instantly. I must admit that I was skeptical that pressing a pressure point on my calf would alleviate pain in my lower back and the back of my thigh. But I was pleasantly surprised when it did exactly that. The brace is simple to put on and remove. It's a little bulky, but it's not a bad trade-off for some sciatica relief. This unit does exactly what it says it does. I'm quite pleased with it.

Makes me neck feel better immediately after taking off. Takes a few minutes into wearing it for it to get comfortable.I don't recommend wearing this in public, cause you will get some strange looks. Look at me. Nope. I thought this thing was going to be “gadgety” but I have to say it has given me some welcome relief from neck and back pain.
