I have been wearing the belt to support my hip pain for over a month. I wear it day and night although my pain is still there the belt enables me to walk and do my daily shores. From taking my kids to school to doing maintenance around the house and my SUV. Is a well worth investment I highly recommended it has definitely improve my quality of life enabling me to do my daily tasks with a lot less pain. You can't put a price on that, thank you very much.

I've had sciatica for the past five years . And at my young age of 34, I shouldn't feel in pain or discomfort like I've felt these 5 years . And out of everything I've ever tryd (and I've tryd everything but surgery) this has been a major relief for pain and discomfort for me, at work and at home. At first I didn’t think it would work, but I ordered it away because I wanted some relief from the pain I was having down my leg and lower back, when the belt came I realized that I had ordered the wrong size, but I wanted some relief from the pain. It is simply amazing. I read the instructions and applied it. I could not believe the effects were almost immediate. The pain was significantly reduced within minutes. I normally have to take pain relief meds in the late afternoon or evening, but not withe belt! Hard to. Imagine, but it is well worth the small investment.

Excellent product that has helped my pain from sciatica. Only drawback is that after just one month the velcro straps do not hold very well which is frustrating, keep having to adjust. Otherwise, does as it suggests and helps posture too. Disappointed in the velcro quality otherwise a first rate product.
