It is uncomfortable, looks bad under clothes and the little relief it brought me was at night when I slept with it on but the Velcro is pokey it starts to curl up on the edges. All in all it wasn't for me.

I have been a truckie for 30 plus years and never had any back problems until one day I sat in a very uncomfortable couch which damaged my sciatic nerve. They say a person that sits for their job will have sciatica eventually. I got a Dainly belt on line and have worn it now for a month every day. I have two herniated discs L4 and L5 that every once in a while flair up and give me sciatica down my right leg. I have been using your belt daily and it does relieve some of the pain running down my leg. I highly recommend this belt for people that have this type of injury.

I was really surprised, but it really helped my back. The only problem is the Velcro didn’t last very long, so I’m not able to use it that much anymore because it comes undone.☹️

I've pretty much tried everything! When I got the belt I was skeptical, but the first time I tried it I was in a lot of pain about 10 minutes after putting it on I noticed a substantial decrease and stable feeling in my lower back I only wore it for about an hour. I guess I still wasn't really convinced. So the next day I wore it for a couple of hours and now I'm totally a believer I don't know how it works but it does! Thanks for making it.

Tried many remedies - none worked - pills, creams, physical therapy, etc. However, after serious sciatica, I noticed the belt by Dainely. Worth a try - the main difference seemed to be the location on the hip rather than the back. Amazingly, it worked right away! I can walk with little or no pain. Inexpensive remedy for constant pain.

I was hesitant but hopeful. I tried acupuncture and massage. That’s didn’t last. The pain was terrible while in bed or in a chair. I had numbness down my legs. I ordered the DAINELY belt and could actually feel a difference when I put it on and pulled the elastic straps comfortably along the belt. I feel so much better. OMG, This Belt do wonders to my back throughout my day. I can wear it at work with my dress attire, and no one can see it. I like the belt as it seems to be giving my lower back some support so far. I wear it daily and it seems to take pressure off of my lower spine. I have already had lower back surgery and am currently wearing the belt during my physical therapy. It is very comfortable and is not inhibiting in any way.

It's just been amazing I can't explain how it helped with the pain I was having. I was able to do more around the house and actually go for a kilometer walk couldn't do that before.
