My sciatca nerve was pinched. This belt helped to compress it back to where the disks should be. There is numbness and pain still. I have had to do deep-tissue massage to help it more. The doctor got an MRI scheduled for July 31. Will know then the extent of the injury. I can still walk, but in some pain.

Honestly, I never believed in all these online products but I decided to buy this belt. Just today I wore the belt to work and all the pains gone ! Got back home and removed the belt and I felt little of the pains on my left leg again. I Put on the belt again and I got better. I wear my belt most days and find it comfortable and helps with my sciatica, so I no longer have to take medications. I just arrived home from an overseas trip where the coach seats were uncomfortable but so glad I took my Dainley belt with me as it helped to give me support and comfort.

I have a slight bulging disc L4 L5 saw The ad for this belt and thought I’d give it a try as soon as you put the belt on you fill an instant relief and it helps me get through my day. It does seem strange that such a simple device helps. Also, it means I don’t have to take painkillers.

I suffer from upper back and neck pain due to computer usage. I have been undergoing physiotherapy treatment so have been doing stretching and other exercises along with using massage balls. It all helps but there was still a lingering pain until I bought this neck stretcher. Ever since I started using it ( around 3 weeks now), I feel much better. I use it to relax my neck every hour (may vary for someone else). Would definitely recommend it but if it hurts stop using it. It works for me!
