The ear hook are soft and need to be a little more rigid. They quickly become a reason on why they fall. I just removed them and use it normally. Over all the sound experience and depth of the music is worth more than what I paid for. Quick charging case also a plus. The buds themselves will charge twice from the case and last 8 hours per charge. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, and can see myself buying these again when i eventually lose them.
