I need additional instructions on how to install this light on a wall as displayed ( not the ceiling) and I can’t get anyone to follow up with me. The instruction guide doesn’t provide the information to do this.

The lamp body has these burned marks but I think it is the designer's retro touch to the lamp. Overall, really happy with this chandelier!! It looks absolutely stunning in our dining area.

The Kendell is very striking, but it was a bit of a nightmare for our electrician to install on a sloped ceiling. Be sure to specify in your order if you need a chain -- the effect is a little uglier than the downrod, and the rod width is not standard to use with other, more modern ceiling adapters.

Nice but maybe a little small for my dining room just make sure you choose the bigger size if you have a bigger dining room like mine. I might stack two up later, and mix and match the 7 and 10 bulbs.

I’m contemplating on getting this light but my only concern is when a bulb stick goes out are they replaceable and if so where do I purchase the replacement sticks from?

We've never had anything like this!! This chandelier is truly new to us but I have to say it has great craftsmanship and is worth the price tag. It is so unique and definitely makes a statement piece in your home!

Love everything about this fixture but the dimmable version is controlled by remote. I only use wall switch so I leave it at the color I want and dim with remote, not the most convenient way to dim the light but I am too lazy to swithc. I prob would have gone with warm white if I had to choose again.

Opened the parcel which had a description of wooden lights and an option for white-quite surprised the white option is metal NOT wood! No indication of what type of metal. Livng beachside we hope it doesnt rust and looks okay once the ensuite is complete will let you know!

You guys really need a diffuser for the LEDs so that it looks cleaner. Also, it would be nice to be able to tie this into smarthome products like Crestron, Savant, Control4, or more importantly Lutron for better control. The diffuser is a must so that you get rid of all of the dots.... Otherwise it looks pretty good, but if I had more time I would have gone with another product with a cleaner look and other methods of control.
