When i received the mattress the box it was in was open on both sides and damaged. Luckily the mattress was okay! I was able to sleep on it after only 12 hours! I love the mattress! I've had 5 Back Surgeries and needed a firm mattress but soft on top for all the pressure points. After sleeping on it a for 3 weeks it may have sunken a little bit where i sleep. It could be a little firmer but i have had the best sleep in it! Very happy with my purchase!!!
