I've only had the bed for about a week so I am still adjusting. The top is slick so the sheets didn't want to stay on but if you put a mattress protector on it really does help keep the sheets in place. I am 5'7" and 120 lb and a side sleeper. I purchased this mattress because I needed an xtra firm, lighter weight mattress for my RV. Regular RV mattresses do not have the support I need for my back issues. I LOVE this mattress. It gives us the support I need and it is only 90 lbs (Mattress weight is important in an RV.).
