Super easy to assemble, sturdy quality product, great fabric, very comfortable chair!

It does seem to be good quality and well made. I love the way it looks. I wish the chair had a few more ergonomic features (adjust seat height, adjust arm height, adjust lumbar support). I like the way that it adjusts when it reclines. It’s very comfortable when laid back.

The seat is too hard. I can only sit on that seat for about an hour before my butt is really tired. The Seat adjustment device located under the seat is made out of plastic (Cheap). Should be made out of the some stronger material material like aluminum.

They were beautifully packed. The chair is fantastic and well worth the wait.

My chair was delivered in a damage box. There wasn't enough packing to protect my chair. The plastic and parts were scratched.
