It took a tragically long time to arrive, the assembly was a bit frustrating because the instructions don't explicitly state which side you need to start with, I wish the seat fabric would fully zip off for washing without requiring the whole chair be disassembled, and the yellow fabric attracts and shows lint. But it's super comfortable and very sturdy quality, so I do like it over all.

Compared to Autonomous there are some definate upgrades, and some negatives.
Pros:
- The motors are probably a hair quieter, and there's something interesting about how the motors sound when in operation. I like to think of it like a suspension system and exhaust sounds from a Mercedes S-Class. It's overall a satisfying experience.

The chair is great so far. Very well made and easy to assemble, even for the price. It's always nice to receive delivery of furniture that justifies the price tag. Too often we receive something and it's a piece of garbage and clearly all of the money was spent on marketing and logistics. Depresses me as an engineer.

Delivery was faster than I thought and arrived in great condition. I love how sturdy and well designed the chair is. Tips on getting used to it is great too. A little odd at first. Shipped very quickly. Needed something else to help my posture. Came from a fat lush leather chair, the kind we think we want so badly. This new chair flexes, takes up very little space. Very easy to assemble. This chair is a piece of art! So glad I bought it, I'm relieved there's a solid warranty. It's a steep price. The only thing I would suggest to change is that the instructions could be a little more clear. The wooden dowels need to be placed in specific holes and that was not very clear to me and I placed them in the wrong hole and needed to get them back out. Other than that, it was pretty easy!

An all around hassle. My new leather Capisco seat has a big ripple that is. not smoothing out. Many emails with Phil Zen Co to try and sort it out, to no avail. I was then sent a replacement seat but I can’t install it myself. Difficult to get parts disassembled and I don't have the tools, so I am apparently out of luck. No simple exchange is offered apparently, and Phil Zen said they cannot help further. No reimbursement, no solution or repair. Would not buy from again.

I purchased this beautiful ball for my husband as a work from home solution to help with his posture as he was getting repeated headaches and neck pain. He's a tall guy (6'4'') and since he's started using the ball (since x-mas) his headaches have completely disappeared. He has more energy and is happier during the work day.
