Assembly was very straightforward, though one of my knee pads must have had a wooden-peg-hole drilled too deeply because it devoured the peg entirely. The remaining peg and screw seem to be doing just fine at holding the knee pad where it needs to be. I'm honestly surprised it is holding my weight so well, I am a large lady (248 lbs, maybe? This HÅG SoFi chair looks and feels premium. It was very easy to install. There are so many ergonomic adjustments under (and around) the chair that it's almost overwhelming at first, but you can truly make the chair fit you the way you want it to. Spent good amount of time researching and I’m glad I choose the quality product. Very well made and great quality. This desk screams quality. The box came pretty beat up since its parts are heavy, but upon inspection, everything was in perfect shape. All of the aluminum parts are built like a tank (the legs, crossbar, and the steel raceway for cords). The only nitpick I have is that the pilot holes on the table top did not line up perfectly (they were close enough that I didn't need to drill any new holes).
