Dear the Keratin Store community, I am grateful for your service, you can not only provide the product but answer all questions about technical issues. It is easy to reach or contact you and it is always a pleasure. The product came a little opened so there was liquid outside, but it is more about delivery, not your store. I am very thankful and look forward to exploring and having more of your things.

The product is wonderfull but it is the last time I order from your site/store because I paid the transport 60€. When I made the order I was not notified that FedEx is going to charge me another 30€ for the transport, they just started to send me emails and I talked with them on the phone. I sent you a mail to ask how can I cancel the order but you did not answer properly. I kindly ask you to stop sending me mails and other promoting stuff.

This was the first time using this on my granddaughter’s hair and let’s just say a definite change on how hydrated it looks from all the other products! We can’t wait to try out the other products and are happy with what we’re using! Just wished the salons around here used this product line!

I been used 1ka after we stop using keratin with formol , I did a lot of search and try different Keratina because my costumer love straight hair , the process is a little bit longer than convencional Keratina but allow me to church more for my work , plus is not formol y stay in the hair long time . I really recommend you will make the different and your client will recommend you .

El producto llego en buen estado, había probado el botox para pelo rubio, y ahora probaré este para pelo negro, espero tener buenos resultados . No me enviaron mascarillas como lo hicieron en producto para pelo rubio, de igual forma tengo buenas expectativas

Wow, I'm absolutely blown away by this product! It's hands down one of the best I've ever tried. I've bought a few other items from Keratin that I haven't had the chance to test yet, but this one has truly impressed me. Not only does it smell fantastic, but it's also become a staple in my curly hair routine. I can already tell it's going to be a go-to product for me moving forward.

Got extra masks instead of shampoo but that was the agreement, so I’m happy, and since it was a gift for my mom who’s happy with it, I am even more happy about the entire experience. Will order more soon.

My favorite hair line has announced that they are phasing out. It broke my heart. I had gotten a small sample packet of shampoo from this line from a local vendor - i decided to get the conditioner. I love it! it matches my previous brand -- my hair feels well conditioned and moisturized after using it. I will be order many more bottles for my cupboard. My hair type is 3c.

This is my first time trying this product and it has been amazing! I believe I have found my product. My hair loves and reacts so well to this product. My hair doesn't feel sticky, nor does it flake. I will be purchasing the larger size so I can stay stocked up.

The salon line has quickly become a favorite of mine. I initially started with just one product, but when I discovered that Keratin offered a bundle of four products, I was completely sold. Looking back, I realize I should have started using this line much sooner. It's truly remarkable. My only suggestion would be for Keratin to offer more bundles like this – it's a game-changer!

These hair treatments are worth trying! They have an incredible smell and really smooth/strengthen your hair. My hair stylist used them on my hair and could not believe he could run his fingers through my hair without a snag. I am eager to try more products soon!

I love this product!!! I'm natural brunette, but my gray roots become to appear last years. So, its a big issue for me cover them because I'm very allergic. But, this product is amazing!!! Covered all my gray roots and left my hair glossy!!! I really love it!!!!

Please don’t ever stop making this product. Great conditioning, shine and really works for my hair when I wear it straight or curly. Makes my curls defined and manageable. I love it so much, I have my two sisters Using it also!

It’s my Favorite perfume. I bought it in 2022 and couldn’t get it anywhere, because I’m not from Brazil. So I’m so glad to get it from this website. 🙏🏽
