The product can definitely reduce volume and frizz, but It won't leave the hair completely straight. On wavy and fine hair, it looks more shiny, soft and healthy after the treatment, but you can still see the waves.

The lid (pump) was popped up when I received the parcel. Leakage everywhere. The packaging looks completely different than it showed on the photo. Not only the lid is insecure, there is no bubble wraps to prevent leakage. It is very disappointing and UPS charging extra delivery fee.
