I've always wanted to learn how to hula hoop but could just never "get it" - this solves that problem! Was a little hard to master at first but now I've got it. Great way to burn some serious calories while watching TV. If you can't do it for very long, start with just a minute or 2 and build up to at least 20 minutes a day. Fun way to get some exercise!

It recommends working with the hoop for 20 minutes. I'm going to have to work up to that. I can really feel it and I can feel my abs tightening. It took a few times to get the hang of it, but now its working and I'm happy with the purchase. Super easy to put together.

I bought it for my wife and it took her a few minutes to adapt to it. It is a little different then a regular hoola hoop. Once you do adapt then it does become a good workout. You do need to ensure that you adjust it to the correct size so you can rotate it smoothly.
