Was expecting a full bourbon barrel flavour, but it's quite subtle. Opening up the bag and taking a deep breath the smell hits you...and its lovely. Brew properly (following the Cannonball brewing guide here) it's got a lovely, smooth taste, and the bourbon comes through, but is not overpowering. As it's a limited roast it's worth picking up. Makes a good after dinner coffee choice.
