I'm glad to see the MP player sold separately. I had sent you an email detailing that my device had broken again but you didn't respond---which is unusual. I realized that I could purchased a separate MP player without the headset and ordered one.

Easy to recharge without having to remove the mp3 player. Ear BUDs are better at good sound and keeping out water. Head gear is a bit less efficient as it is not as tight.

I had the Tayogo S2 sport version for a while, and they were excellent, while they lasted. They claimed to be sweatproof, but that ended up being how they shorted out after about 6 months. Now as soon as I try to charge them they go into an infinite loop of turning on and turning off. I just have to wait for the battery to die out, because the buttons do nothing while it's glitching. Good product. The adverts are misleading, however. It can be very hard to get the ear buds to fit in the ear well and exclude water. And of course most kinds of swimming are very noisy as breath bubbles stream up past you ears and water splashes around you. You really need extra covering like a head cap which covers the ears to hear properly. And of you have a question, the support is very poor

The fm radio function is great. The bluetooth function is good and the sound is ok. The Tayogo W02 are very uncomfortable around my ears because they are straight. When designing the next model please consider a rounded design around the top of the ears. I also wish the battery life was longer and there was at least 32G memory.

If you are swimming and doing the backstroke it sounds great, the problem is that the sound changes above water vs below water. Breast stroke - sound changes every time you dip your head below the water. It sounds better below the water.

The wires need to be redesigned not to exit at the ends of the bone. The problem is this is where most of the pressure is to keep it on your head, and this rapidly breaks the internal wires. This is my 2nd bone in under a year.

The headphones are well made and good sound quality, but for me they don’t work well for swimming. The sound is too much bass and I don’t hear the vocals well. I need to wear earplugs and this is part of the problem. I’ve had several email messages to and from customer services
