After ordering the Ruby Box online, I received an email saying that some of the ties were not in stock (available when paid for) and that I could choose to wait or select other designs. I chose new designs that were labeled as in stock, only to be then told that they were also out of stock. Finally found some that were still available (nothing like my original preferences) and had them posted to me. Packaging and delivery time to Australia was excellent and and the items were of a high quality.
