The first bracelet i received had the engraving in lower case letters. it was intended to be all caps as they represented people's initials. when i contacted Paul McElroy regarding this, he was attentive and apologetic. he spoke with the designers and came up with a great solution- at no additional cost to me. Paul went above and beyond the call of duty and is an asset to your company. the only negative i have is that the engraving is teeny tiny letters, but the piece itself is beautiful

I couldn't wait to wear this shirt! I ordered a shirt a few weeks before St. Patrick's Day, and when it arrived I realized I should have ordered one size larger. (It fit, but was a little snug) I quickly ordered another, but wasn't sure it would arrive in time -- but it did! I got the deep forest green, and love the color. Just couldn't wait for someone to ask what it meant...! Unfortunately, I made two mistakes: the first shirt I ordered was a women's style (and I needed one size larger)...
