Let me first state that I have been a loyal customer of Cloud Nine for over 16 years. I won't buy any other footwear for lounge wear. They make a real comfortable product combined with quality. These moccasins arrived in good shape in a timely manner. However, when trying to tighten the leather string around the moccasin rim, one of them broke. It took a bit of figuring and planning to find a way to get another (woven boot type shoelace this time) through the long rim that surrounds the foot so I could tighten them so the moccasins wouldn't fall of when I walked. I’ve been looking for several years for a pair of black shearling gloves to replace a worn-out pair I already have. Until now, I’ve been unsuccessful. The size small gloves I purchased from Cloud Nine fit almost as well as my original pair. I have short fingers and find the pinkie fingers of my new gloves to be just a little too long. Otherwise, I’m very happy with the fit.
