My husband has been wearing Cloud Nine for a lot of years. There is another brand that calls itself Cloud NIne, along with its other brand name, but they don't fit as well (too narrow) and I can't say about wear, as he didn't wear them much. Don't make the mistake of getting the wrong one !!! Shipping is very fast with the real Cloud Nine people. I have not had any need for Customer Service.

This steering wheel cover is exactly what they said it would be!! I'm very happy with it. It's warm and soft for the cold Chicago area weather and it makes my car look so elegant. I love these boots. I wear them almost daily when it’s cold out. They’re comfortable and have a good grip to the ground. They fit pretty close to size when purchased a little snug but I’m told that’s the way they’re supposed to be at first. They do relax and feel amazing. I did spray mine with water repellent before wearing them which has made them pretty water, resistant and stain resistant. When these were out, I’ll probably buy another pair.

I really love my new boots they run small I usually wear a 8 I ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly. I'm glad I read the reviews before I ordered thats how I knew to order a bigger size. They are so comfortable and really soft inside. I know that my daughter will love the slippers. She doesn't have them yet because of other issues in delivering them. I have worn Cloud Nine slippers for more than 20 years and love them. You needed to have ability to use high speed delivery available when I ordered them so that they could have been there on Christmas day.
