Unfortunately there were wrinkles along edge and on some points an inch into picture. I ended up having to pay for border and glass and frame. My thought from online picture is it was on a wooden frame. It was initially disappointing but turned out very nice looking at my expense.

I love the pillow case,but I thought it was gonna actually be a pillow, but that was my mistake for not reading the description properly. So you can either buy a pillow tofit the case of stuff it with pillow stuffing cotton. Either way I like it so my granddaughter is going to love it.

My dog mat was so cute with both of my daughter’s two dogs pictured and their names on the mat. Very happy with the mat, just a little thinner than I thought it would be. The mat is a very good size. You have to be patient because it takes a little while to get it. My daughter loved it.

I saw this item on an ad on Facebook. It was on sale, and I liked the way it looked. I ordered one for myself and 2 for each of my brothers. Shipping took longer than expected, but did arrive in time before the holiday. We all liked, very much loved the way they looked. We bought hanging stands to put them on so it can be displayed all year instead of just at Christmas. I plan to order another one with my husband's parents dates on it. They were beautiful, but unfortunately I broke one of the two opening the package. Be careful as the bag is not sealed on three sides, only two. One of the ornaments fell straight through.

The pillow slips are lovely, unfortunately I have had a few problems, they were supposed to be 12" x 12", I received 11" x 11" with 8" zip gap. I had to return the pillows I had brought as they didn't fit in the pillow slips, I have had to purchase smaller pillows. I ordered the pillow slips for Christmas, unfortunately they didn't arrive until 6th Jan. Probably not your fault, but it was very disappointing.

It seemed to take a long time getting here, but it's perfect and is an actual rug to wipe your feet on. Then you just wash it off with a hose. We love it!

It was a gift. The wide range of dog breeds, colors and pictures allowed me to pretty much match the two dogs they own, which we all love. Names are accurate. It arrived pretty quickly. My only suggestion would be make it a bit thicker/heavier. A Buffalo wind could easily blow it away.

Beautiful item. Girl loves it. She has hung it up in special place in house to be seen all year round. The only problem was ordered in plenty of time to have got here, but did not until after Christmas, which was a big disappoint. I ordered three other items after ordering your's and they got here in plenty of time. I know things happen, but maybe you should follow up on process. Very pleased otherwise. Would consider more products if problems are resolved.
