This is probably my 2nd or 3rd order. In the Ist order, also for vaideika veshtis, Covid 2019 intervened and the delivery was indefenitely delayed and messed up. Otherwise, Hari Store has been a good point for purchase of pooja and related items. I liked their Mayil Kan Pancha Kacham veshtis and were for vaidikals and other elderly people for the grihapravesham of my new home. Quality and price are o.k in keeping with market rates. While im glad i got the package delivered, but the experience after purchase was horrible. 1. Phone# in website is useless. No one picks nor calls back 2. No communication on shipment. First of all, not at all a professional way of handling customers. I ordered an item to be given as a gift, well in advance (11 days in advance) 1. No updates on status of order 2. On calling 10 times, one time the phone will be received and I would be told the same will be sent tomorrow. (Same thing happens every day, and even after 20 days product not received) 3. They sent a photo of the product which is totally different from what was ordered. 4. Asked for refund, but again stopped receiving...
