The only time (1) piece was enough. I had a wonderful day when taking these, and unlike some of these products, my stomach didn't turn foul with this brand. I will definitely purchase again. The soda though, it was lightly flavored seltzer water. Still good, just not exactly what I thought. That's on me. The Pokémon wasn't Charmander, it was a legendary fire bird. Not complaining. It was for my kid who loves Asian snacks, so she was happy.
