I had my original fountain for several years. It worked fine earlier this summer. But when I tried it the other week, it wouldn't start. Thinking it was the batteries, I changed them and it still didn't work. I had it ready to throw away. Then I received an email that you were having a sale and found the pump I needed on sale. I immediately retrieved my fountain out of the recycle bin, loaded the pump with new batteries and it's as good as new! I love it and hope it lasts for many years to come!
