So nice to get rid of the weight of the adapter on the top of my head. The oxy tubing is wonderful! I came real close to sending the S-11 back for the old S-10 because I used Oxy tubing with that unit for years & oxy tubing is so much more comfortable. Highly recommend.

My Dad's old headgear was worn out and he needed a smaller mask. This is what he had used in the past and what he's used in the past. I'm very pleased.

I received my machine in a the time that they told me it would be here. I have been using it since I had my doctor office set the pressure on it. I wish that you company could have set the pressure on before they sent it to me. So far it's worked great. Im very happy with it and I loved the price that I paid for it. It's super lightweight and comfortable! It also doesn't leave that large semi-permanent dent in your hair on the top of your head. Frequently even after a shower people would ask what the dent in my hair was from. Nothing is noticeable now and it works like a dream. My machine now shows more smiley faces in the morning than it ever has and its been over ten years of bi-pap use. I love it!

I love it. It’s light and comfortable. Unfortunately, my mouth fills with air even if my mouth is taped so I’m not able to use it. I’m going to try from time to time and see if I can make it work.

I've been using this for years originally purchased at Bed Bath & Beyond. Now my husband needed this so I ordered it directly. The lower pillows do not keep you in place as a back sleeper. This basically forces you to sleep on your back avoiding sleeping on your hip when you are a side sleeper.

The purchase of the oxygen concentrator was quick and easy, and the price was very good. I purchased this machine to replace one that we were renting. The one-time price of the machine was a fraction of what the rental was for a year.

I had one of these in my fifth wheel trailer which I used to take to Florida for a couple of months in the winter along with the occasional trip here or there. I bought a house in Florida , so I brought it there and needed one for a trip, so I bought another one. It works well.

I tried a different pillow from another mfr, and it was horrible. This one stays put, comes with various nose pieces to fit many nostril sizes and shapes. It’s very comfortable. This should also fit those’with a mustache or beard because it doesn’t seal on the face but rather in the nostril, which is more comfortable than it sounds.

I work nights so I lay down for a nap in the evening.My only complaint with this machine is it counts a 2 hour nap as another day, so, it skews the stats. Way quieter than my old (13 years old) machine. The apap function is awesome. I have found by using it my old machine was set about 5 cmH2o too high. Sleeping better from the first night of use. Auto on and off is nice. I would recommend the G3 to anyone needing a new or replacement Apap/Cpap.

I ordered two of these machines.One was damaged during shipping.Contacted Admin in No insurance.Explained what happened and they responded with a replacement machine within a week.Staff was helpful and courteous.!Yes I will recommend using them again.Thx again for your service.

Overall, this is an excellent CPAP mask for those who are dealing with TMJ facial issues. I have had a hard time finding a mask that would allow me to wear my mouth guard and comfortably accommodate without the interruption of facial pain. I plan on purchasing another one as I have only seen it on this website and was fortunate to get purchase it. The mask and service from this company is excellent!

Bought the Zeno to use at night when traveling. It works very well, I can leave car and go into motel, use it all night have breakfast and go back to car. I use oxygen at all times and this machine maintains it as well as my home concentrator.

Shipping was okay the price for the nasal pillows was good. Only suggestion is the picture in the package is tough to see to ensure they are the correct pillows. One picture should be out of the package.

Great face mask. Not too bulky for my son and seals below the eyes so air doesn’t get in. The vial chamber is conveniently situated at the bottom of the mask, and doesn’t feel awkward. Exactly what we needed!

I had been without for a couple weeks due to my insurance not paying for it. Needless to say, I hadn't slept well at all. Once I received my new concentrator, I have felt great and can finally relax without worrying or gasping for breath. Thankful to be able to buy the concentrator straight out!

Been having a difficult time looking for this particular piece for the compressor and came across this website and it was perfect. The length was long enough that I cut it 2 so now I have more.

The old nebulizer quit. This one is the same brand and style that was left in the summer house and was well liked. It was much needed. It’s doing it’s job. It actually arrived on Saturday but since the post office here is closed on weekends and Monday was a holiday it wasn’t accessible until Tuesday.

This is the lightest and most comfortable mask I have tried yet. I'm still working to get the correct tension to avoid mask seal problems. The only downside is the hose. It's very short and stiff, and it doesn't look like it can be replaced with a longer and more flexible hose. Anyway, it's all still good. Thanks. Mike McCluskey

Looks new and works exactly like the previous identical machine I got. The standard hose smells of fresh plastic or rubber. It wears off and washes off a bit but it was unpleasant at first.

I needed extra batteries to satisfy airline requirements and your company had the best price, quickest delivery and kindest customer service. I was not happy to have to purchase to extra batteries but ultimately ended up needing them both on the flight and on vacation. It was a good purchase and should I need any future accessories, I will definitely order from your company.

I recently had a minor surgery and asked the doctor if he would allow me to apply MediHoney to my wound. He graciously agreed. I have since had stitches removed and the wound is healing nicely. So glad I was told about this option instead of bandaging with a petroleum product for weeks.
