I injured my knee in November and now my knee cap shifts toward the center.
The splint actually made my knee ache more. It did not seem to keep my knee cap from moving and the design probably would have been better if the kneecap region was enclosed and not just have a velcro strip over the top. Otherwise, it is a well constructed brace.
