My ducky lay was great for the first couple of weeks and now it won't turn on. I've left it plugged in and it won't charge. Very sad it doesn't work anymore.

Can't review something that I don't have. I reached out to the company to let them know that I did not receive the package and that it was stolen off my porch. I haven't heard back from them since. The customer service is poor with no resolution. Be careful if you order. You won't get any customer service.

Would be good to get shipping update, waited quite long (2-3 weeks) then suddenly it was here. Therefore to get some notifications is an idea. The product okay, have not figured out where it is best exactly to tap to turn the light on (works on the side and at the back) but the duck is cute! Fun gift as well. Would be nice warmer light (more yellow)

Product came ok, but with a very visible seam line right under its mouth that is quite visible when the light is on , also the cheek paint could be more uniform so it doesnt feel so cheap when the light is on too...

Oh no! Purchased four lamps in December and still haven’t received them. Tried contacting the seller but did not get any response. Have just read two reviews here claiming they never received the lamps, nor any help from the seller. Buyers beware!
