I got this for my new corporate job, where I have to commute on the train, carry my laptop, diary’s, books and a drink bottle. The laptop pouch and smaller pouch is a great addition. I am conflicted with the zip, as it doesn’t close the whole bag and the ends are exposed, it’s great to reach in and get something out without having to open the bag, but then I also worry someone else could reach into my bag. I would have also liked a zip/ pocket on the outside for ease of access of phone/card etc....
