This is by far the best convertible bag I've seen as the backpack straps are easily hidden as well as being comfortable. The cross-body strap is also super comfortable and wide.
I usually buy everything in black but took a chance with this brown colour and I am so glad I did because it is gorgeous.

My Joey arrived today. I bought it as a safe handbag for travel as it fits under my chest, and it's perfect. Fits my passport in the back zip, international driver's licence in the inside zip section, earplugs and lip balm in the round pouch and mini purse and whatever else I like in the main body.
