The sign is fabulous. Love it! However I am giving 4 stars because the packaging had no messaging like "Do not bend." The mailman bent it in half to get it in our mailbox. We were able to get it mostly flat again, but it is still a little warped.

Very disappointed in the whole experience. I did not realize that I was ordering from a company from China, which took 3+ weeks to get to me. The package was less than secure so upon opening the address sign already has 3 bends in the flimsy metal from shipping damage (including one in the numbers which are not as secure). For the price I paid I would have expected a lot better.
