Not bad. This was my first crack at trying mushroom coffee. It was very "typical instant coffee mix" as far as flavor and texture goes. I believe it has helped me with my focus and brain fog. I did notice that if I made it with just water, I could not get my energy level to pick up and would drag all day. So, I have been mixing it in a cup of coffee in the morning and that has been getting me through the day. I'm not opposed to another month of MycoMood, but I'm not ready to say it is my forever...
