I didn't even get the same product I ordered and the extra rolls of paper are even missing from this product. I clearly ordered a colour Polaroid printer and I got a thermal printer instead which is much cheaper. On top of that I didn't even get a reply to the escalation mail that I sent. I knew it was a scam Idk why I trusted it. REGRET IT! WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

Customer photo review of PowerBeam Rechargeable LED Torch Light

Dear Team, I am shocked and extremely disappointed with the product I received from your website. The torch is of very cheap and poor quality, and it is completely different from the product shown in the images on your website. Honestly, the torch I received appears to be worth only ₹100–₹150, whereas I paid ₹1,099 for it through your website. The actual product quality and appearance are nowhere near what you advertised. I have attached photographs of the product I received for your reference...

First of all improve your support mail . Its not active at all and no respinse from the support team and the mail. 1. I have shared the photos and its not matching with the display product. 2. The intensity of light is not as sufficiently impressive. 3. Nowadays the USB Type C port is common all over but in this torch its USB -Type B. 4. Its showing a warrenty but how we can avail it. By chance the product is not working then we wont able to claim the warrenty. No registration QR is available ...

The product was marketed as if it is a full-size, powerful flashlight. However when i opened it, it was a tiny torch with negligible power. Extremely flimsy marketing with no proper product and a premium price. 0/10 recommended.
