I found this video while looking for repair methods for my tub floor which had a 4" ish u shaped crack in the floor in the area that is common for standing to shower. Our situation was a little unique in that we had a small crack at the back of a shelf in a tight corner. The original wall material was also thin so we weren’t sure how to handle the repair. We used the mesh tape which really added some strength. We used a gloved finger to spread the fiberglass material and I also cut down the spreader tool to make a smaller version for getting into the corners. We had to hand sand the entire project. Excellent product. Make sure you get a respirator, I regretted not having one as vapors are strong. If you have your sprayer squirt at first and then quit, your mixture is too viscous. Add a little more reducer and it will start spraying nicely. Would suggest a little more reducer and catalyst per kit. I ended up using it all for 3 ounces of paint mix. Overall, the repair went fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the results and the finish match that I got. The super detailed instructions and the video was also super helpful! I had a floor crack on the order of ~3 inches in length, but now the tub feels really solid and you can't tell it was ever cracked. I never got the foam to snake out of the drill holes even after adding 1.5 cans of foam, but there was an easy 4 inches between my tub and sub floor (and there was no tub support board)....
