Subject property is a rental and I had a plumber/handyman do the job. First time was without the tub repair kit. The "great stuff" foam filler was used and it didn't hold up at all. Second time the tub repair foam was used. It held up for a few weeks but the crack came back. Not sure if I will try a third time. There's lots of dense foam under the shower floor so not likely to get much water penetrating down to first floor ceiling. Last photo shows crack after patch job completed.

Great product, great instructions. While you need to have some level of pre-existing knowledge with using tools and doing around-the-house handiwork, you certainly don't need to be an expert to follow the thorough instructions. The paint sprayer is a little finicky, would be good to have a longer video dedicated to it.

Excellent kit, very good instructions and instructional videos. Only difficulty was the paint. I did not even have to mix any since we have a bright white tub. But I could not get either canister to work properly. I ended up using spray paint from Lowe’s which worked fine. I would suggest a different approach altogether to the painting, current method is a little complicated.

The only reason I didn't rate this product a five star (5) is because it's too early. If the repair holds up I will upgrade the rating. I was without a shower for two days because I didn't use the hair dryer (that's on me, not the product). It was odd drilling holes in the shower floor at first, but once I got started, the repair went smooth. For novices (wife and I) it was a fairly easy process.

I’ve done about 15 tubs using these kits. They work really well. I am happy with quantity of product sent for each one. I’m also happy with the extra preval enclosed. I do have issues with them sometimes. I also have issues with the spray not always being as fine as I would like. Large specks of paint. In the end though they don’t show so bad. It’s just a little stressful as I’m looking to do a good job.

Your videos were a great help in preparing to do the repair. All went well and smoothly except for the resin sprayer. Two spray (compressed air) attachments were provided to attach to the glass container. One of them did not work. Luckily, the second did and was sufficient for the application.
