My only complaint is the length of time it took to arrive. It was intended as a Christmas gift and was needed by December 19th, but did not arrive in time, so I purchased a different headlamp and will use the Helius headlamps also going forward.

Send me a new light, and no false advertising such as this one having a red light feature and it DOES NOT have a red light feature. Used two times and lasted only 30 minutes. Band tearing loose from LED after only two uses.

I definitely feel like I got scammed. This is not even the same product as seen in the pictures, the interface is so bad to interact with and the manual is clearly poorly translated from Chinese to English. Please be advised. In addition, the delivery took way longer than advertised on the website and didn’t arrive on time for Christmas. (Which I will not be gifting due to terrible quality)

The order took nearly a month to arrive. The light start going dim after about 10 minutes. You can turn it off and then back on to get the full brightness. I thought it was just a defective device. However, I bought three of them and they all do the same thing. What a waste of money

I purchased the D13 Mini Night Vision goggles for my husband's Christmas present. He has tried to use them, but the image is clouded and grainy. In an effort to speak to someone to see if there was a better upgraded version, I have called the help number several times and they never answer...always giving me a "the party you're attempting to call is not available." Now we are stuck with goggles we cannot use and no options or recourse.

I received the night vision goggles. And I have to say the quality was there. Do they work as they should. Yeah I guess. The real issue I have is that the area of vision is really narrow and far off. It took more than a month for the item to arrive, and then it was not the item shown in and described on the website that I ordered. It was not a Helius brand. Ot was a miniature-sized knockoff of some kind. Customer service was pathetic. Your business “address” was a warehouse, and the service phone number had a message saying they did not accept calls. Absolutely pathetic.

I purchased night vision goggles for my husband for Christmas. They were grainy and unclear to say the least. When I asked about trading them for a better version, they told me that didn’t exist. I wanted a refund, and they offered for me to keep them with a 50% refund. Why would I keep a product that did not function properly? They finally agreed to the refund but I had to pay the return postage. I did that a few weeks ago and the shipping receipt showed that they were delivered back to Helius....

Absolute SCAM company. Bait and switch from the product on the website to a Chinese product with none of the original features. On attempting to return the item the company doesn’t follow any of the return policies. After fighting with them, they’re offering a 50% discount which is still twice the cost of this garbage. The unit they sent me doesn’t even have a manufacturer listed anywhere on the box. Do not buy.
